The
YMCA CAPE COD'S Diabetes Education Center (DEC) is an educational
resource referal center. DEC's entire task is to function as a professional and dedicated hub that delivers
a range of resources to all people affected by diabetes and their caregivers. Those resources include educational support
and prevention guidance. The menu of services available at the Center is specifically aimed at assisting those
struggling with diabetes to more effectively cope with the disease and its life altering consequences. Mission Statement:
To serve as an educational referral service to Cape Cod
communities, health care providers, diabetics, their families and their caregivers.
